After the team's 2-5 start, the Nets were on a two game winning streak highlighted by Devin Harris and Brook Lopez's excellent play. As you well know, that would be a recurring theme throughout the season. Yi Jianlian was playing some excellent basketball going into their 10th game at home against the Cavaliers. Let's see what happened in games 10 through 18:

Game 10: Cleveland outscored New Jersey 57-30 in the second half as the Cavs got 31 from LeBron James in a 106-82 Nets loss to drop New Jersey to 4-6. Devin Harris had 33 and Brook Lopez had 15 and 13 in defeat.

Game 11- In a memorable matchup, Vince Carter scored 39 in his return to Toronto as the Nets defeated the Raptors 129-127 in OT to improve to 5-6. Devin Harris scored 30 as New Jersey overcame an 18 point defecit. Chris Bosh had 42 in the loss. Enjoy the TSN highlights!

Game 12- New Jersey took control right away against the 2-10 Clippers, blowing away LA 112-95 to improve to 6-6. Yi Jianlian scored 27 points and Vince Carter had 26.

Game 14- In the second game of a four game western trip, New Jersey blew a 17 point third quarter lead but won at Sacramento 116-114. Devin Harris had 18 points, including many key baskets, Carter had 25 and Lopez had 20 to offset 38 points from John Salmons. The Nets improved to 7-7.

Game 15- New Jersey got an excellent road win in a tough place to play, Utah. The Nets beat the Jazz 105-88 for its fourth win in five games. Harris had 34 points on 13-17 shooting and Carter had 22 for the 8-7 Nets.

Game 16- New Jersey won yet another game against a solid western team, outscoring Phoenix 43-24 in a 117-109 win on the road to improve to 9-7. Devin Harris had a career high 47 points with Vince Carter adding 28 for the streaking Nets.

Game 17- New Jersey's homecoming wasn't at all sweet as the Nets got outscored 35-12 in an embarrassing third quarter as they fell to the woeful Wizards 108-88. Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison had 22 points apiece in their first road win. Devin Harris led the 9-8 Nets with 18 points.
