Hey,
February 14 is a day many people have learned to hate. Single? You're probably making plans to go out, catch a few beers, and try to take the bartender home. Or you have a copy of The Notebook waiting and plan to splurge on some Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream.
Taken? I hope you have plans for Valentine's day by now. If not, that sucks since I'm sure all of the nice places to go are booked by now. I'm happy for you, but my article's not about you.
Single people. One of the reasons why people are single is that "they haven't found the right guy or girl". I'm glad that I hear that because that's a damn good reason not to be with someone.
People will just quit actively searching after bad experiences and expect the right guy or girl to fall in their lap. I'll offer an alternative. A concept I think you should follow if you want success in life is something known as an abundance mentality. This belief states that if an event does not go the way you wanted to go, there will be other opportunities.
You would think that since this belief is so easy to comprehend that every person in the world would get this. Wrong. I see people do a play-by-play of their interactions during the day. While this is good for the sheer purpose of understanding what to do and what not to do, most people have regrets. Was I too harsh about her dog? Did I talk too much about myself? Et cetera.
If you've heard yourself say any similar statements, you're in that category. Think about this: would you rather have someone who liked you without changing you? Or would you rather live your life a lie, putting on a phony version of yourself just to make other people happy.
With that said, go out and get a date for Valentine's Day. If one person doesn't work, go out and get another one. Guys, most women don't want to be single on Valentine's Day. They get tired of hearing about their taken friends brag about their nice fluffy animals and arrangements of flowers. Be that guy who gives a girl a story to talk about. Take her somewhere unique, somewhere special where you two can enjoy the day.
On that note, here are some places I'd recommend to look for women. Keep in mind that dance clubs are not the only place women go to.
Try out different places. Wherever there's a woman, there's an opportunity to talk to her. And when there's an opportunity to talk to her, there's an opportunity to seduce her.
Think finding a date is impossible? The Saints just won the Superbowl. You can get one.
