Doula Angelita, San Jose's Community Doula, has five plus years experience as a trident doula, helping women before, during and after birth. Not only is she a trident doula, she is a parenting coach/nutrition guide/women's issue advocate who mothers two lovely children. Certified as a doula, hospice caretaker, and nurse assistant, Doula Angelita also is interested in natural medicine as well as in all aspects of birth activism.
