There is hope for low income families in Los Angeles County that need Veterinary care for their pets!
The Sam Simon Foundation’s mobile veterinary clinic travels throughout Los Angeles providing FREE spays and neuters to cats and dogs belonging to low-income families.

They offer Free spays, neuters and MORE to low income Los Angeles families!
They provide free surgeries for dogs and cats belonging to qualifying families.
Qualifications
Annual income under $40,000
City of Los Angeles Resident or resident of the city where the clinic is being held

Requirements
Pet must be at least 4 months of age and weigh between 5-100 lbs
Dogs must be on a leash, cats must be in a carrier.

All animals must stay in car until appointment time.
Pets must eat between 8-10pm but nothing after 10pm the night before the surgery.
For a non-sterilization surgery, you must be able to return for multiple re-checks.

They offer the following surgery services to low income families;

* Tumor or mass removal
* Cherry eye
* Entropians
* Amputations
* Ingrown nail removal
* Ear Hematoma repair
