Atlanta fans used to think it was so funny, and then the tables turned on them. Ten or so years ago, Chipper Jones carved a reputation on the charred wreckage of the Mets teams he often single-handedly beat. The guy so completely owned the Mets that he named his kid Shea.

Atlanta fans can now sympathize with their metropolitan brethren, Ryan Howard has become Braves' killer number one - and it isn't close. After another multi- home run game against Atlanta, Howard now has 31 career bombs against his NL East counterpoints. This season alone the gigantic slugger has hit seven bombs and single handedly won two games for his Phillies.

For Braves fans; who for so long reveled in the dominance that Chipper Jones displayed over New York, the shoe doesn't feel so comfortable on the other foot.
