Dr. Paul E. Jacobs, chairman and CEO of Qualcomm, today (Nov. 10) was added to the list of keynote speakers for the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

Jacobs is scheduled to speak on Friday, Jan. 8, in the Las Vegas Hilton Center. This will be the first time a Qualcomm executive has delivered a CES keynote.

Through Paul's vision, Qualcomm has become a leader in wireless technologies, connecting consumers around the globe and providing access to information and entertainment." - Gary Shapiro, president and CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association

Jacobs has been touted as the leader of Qualcomm's initiatives for wireless data services.

Other keynote speakers for CES include Alan Mulally of Ford, Paul Otellini of Intel, and Steve Ballmer of Microsoft.
