Michael Jackson was working out with Lou Ferrigno

It's no secret that Michael Jackson was working out with Lou Ferrigno (the star of the 70's hit "The Incredible Hulk") to get ready for his world tour.

But was the stress of the workouts combined with the stress of the upcoming world tour just too much for a thin and frail Jackson?

According to entertainment and show biz:

"The ex-Mr Universe Lou, 57, has been making secret visits to the singer’s Los Angeles mansion to help him improve his fitness for dance routines at London’s O2 this summer.

However, sources have said that underweight Jacko is too weak to undergo grueling workouts, and refuses to lift weights.

“Lou has been visiting Michael to build him up so he can perform his dance routines,” British tabloid The Sun quoted a source as saying.

The source added: “But Jacko refuses to lift weights. He doesn’t want to bulk up.”

So do Did stress and working out contribute to Michael Jackson's heart attack?
