ABC News had a story the other evening about a real estate agent named Jim Klinge who makes videos and writes a blog called Bubble Info. The angle of their story was that, finally, here was an honest real estate agent. Their proof? A handful of amateur videos made by Mr. Klinge showing him walking through properties he was trying to sell, as he picked apart the homes and insulted the owners housekeeping, maintenance skills and/or taste. Is it "honest" to try to find the worst about everything or just another gimmick? Just because one is critical doesn't mean one is necessarily "honest". It could just mean that one is a pessimist and a negative personality.
Here's a link to the video, so you can be the judge.
