Your help is needed after the tragic event that took place at Fort Hood yesterday.  If you are in or can travel to the Central Texas area, blood donations are being accepted at Scott & White Blood Center from 9am - noon on November 7, 2009.  All blood types are needed at this time. No appointment is necessary.

Next week from November 9 - 12, there will be a Bloodmobile at Texas A&M University at Sbisa Dining Hall from 10am - 4pm.  Donors at Texas A&M will receive a free Aggie donor t-shirt, free tumbler cup, and a free 6 piece wings from Buffalo Wild Wings.  For more information, contact Regina Phinney at 254-724-1571 or 877-724-4376.

If you can’t make it to Central Texas, help is still needed right here in Dallas. The American Red Cross needs to replenish their supply, as much of it was donated to Central Texas locations to due to the Fort Hood incident. Appointments can be made for November 6 - 9 to donate at the following location:

American Red Cross Dallas
1 Medical Parkway, #109
Farmers Branch, TX 75234
