A Halloween Events Guide - Part VIII Adult Sacramento
This article continues the series A Halloween Events Guide in Sacramento with Part VIII.
Over the last two weeks, a number of Halloween events have been listed for families, kids, and people of all ages. Part I listed some general events in Sacramento while Part II included events in Rocklin, Roseville, and Auburn. Part III listed Halloween happenings in Elk Grove and Folsom and Part IV talked about the many events for Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, and Rancho Cordova. Part V had a bit of a college flavor as events in Davis and West Sacramento were listed along with a special event. Part VI listed a variety of events in Sacramento. Part VII included some more events in Sacramento as well as some other events just beyond the city in places close by. In Part VIII, we talk about Halloween for the big kids - adult gatherings and parties in Sacramento.

- Exotic Zone Ball - 100.5 is once again hosting the Exotic Zone Ball at the Cal Expo Pavillion on October 31st from 8:30 pm until 2 am. There will be 4 huge dance floors, $5000 costume contest, body painting, lap dance stage, live music, and MUCH MORE! Buy your tickets in advance for $34 online or at any Spirit Halloween Store. - One Scary Night - Join the party at the California Auto Museum on 2200 Front Street TONIGHT October 29th starting at 9 pm. Deon Taylor and Bobby Jackson's Nite Tales presents One Scary Night hosted by Flavor Flav and Mark S Allen. Enjoy a haunted house, 2 dance floors, valet parking, special guests, VIP packages, costume contests, and giveaways. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Bobby Jackson Foundation. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door. A VIP table is available for $150 and includes 2 tickets to the VIP section, haunted house, souvenir pictures, and a gift bag. - Sacramento Singles Halloween Party - The Hilton Hotel Arden West is hosting this year's Sacramento Singles Halloween Party on October 30th from 8 pm until midnight. There will be a DJ, dancing, exhibits, drawings, and prizes. Dress in costume or dress attire. Cost is $12 for those in costume with email invitation and $25 if not in costume. - A Full Grown Halloween - The Fathers Resource Center is hosting the Chocolate Siztas Halloween spooktacular. There will be music, dancing, a fashion show, food, and a "Me and My Boo" contest. - Vampire Ball -Dress in your darkest, creepiest, or most scantily clad costume for this event on October 31st from 9 pm to 2 am at Vega's in Old Sacramento. Event includes vampire movies, tarrot readings, vendors, charity raffle, DJ and music, and more! Hosted by Ms. Macabre, Lady Amphora, the Demon Warrior, and HPI Paranormal International. - Halloween Freak Fest - Empire Night Club hosts 103.5 Freak Fest 2009 on October 31st from 9 pm to 2 am. Dress in costume and see live performances by Cold Flamez and the Cataracs. There will also be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize in the costume contest. Must pre-register or get more information on how to get tickets at 103.5. The event is for 18 and over. - Halloween Bash - The Red Lion Hotel hosts 92.1's and Joey Mitchell's Halloween Bash on October 31st from 8 pm to midnight. There will be a $921 costume contest, The Unknown Comic performs, and "Too Smooth" 60s and 70s band will be performing. Tickets are $9.21 in advance or $15 at the door. - Murder at the Costume Ball - Frasinetti Winery hosts Murder at the Costume Ball on October 30th and 31st from 6 to 9 pm. Dress in costume, figure out who did it, and enjoy a buffet dinner. - Halloween The Park Ultra Lounge - The Park Ultra Lounge hosts a Halloween Party on October 31st from 8:30 pm to 1:30 am. - Sacramento Halloween Pub Crawl - On Halloween night, enjoy a pub crawl of 10 bars in Old Sacramento. The crawl starts at 6 pm at the Shady Lady Saloon and ends at 10:30 pm (or later) at the River City Saloon. Dress in costume and enjoy the many bars in Old Sac. - Halloween Special - Enjoy some laughs on Halloween as Laughs Unlimited in Old Sacramento hosts a Halloween special on October 31st at 7 pm.
