Find out more about Barbara: After teaching for six years and training developmentally disabled adults for a mental health agency for fifteen years, Barbara retired and moved to the North Georgia mountains. After discovering there were hundreds of herbs and plants indigenous to the area, she began attending classes at the Georgia Mountain Education and Research Center in Blairsville.
