The Democratic Party and their allies in the Republican Party have demonstrated repeatedly that they no longer view the Constitution of the United States as binding upon their authority, and that the will of the people is of no concern to them in matters of governance.
With the ascension of Barack Obama to the presidential throne, the ruling Democratic Party has moved swiftly dispose of the last remaining vestiges of American individual liberty, moving us into their vision of a brave new world. As this nation’s original founders did when they issued the Declaration of Independence, the time has come for the Democrats to formally declare the end of the republic, and the birth of a new and glorious national government, and the causes that have impelled them to this action…
IN CONGRESS, September 12, 2009
The unanimous Declaration of the ruling party of the United Empire of America,
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one elite people to assert their rightful dominance over others, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of socialism entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the declaration.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all women and men should always share equally in prosperity regardless of their effort, talents, or character, that they are endowed by this government’s decree with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, Happiness, home ownership, education, adequate old-age pensions, sophisticated medical care, no-cost prescription pharmaceuticals and scooter chairs, college loans, farm subsidies, Internet access, income during periods of unemployment, late-term pregnancy abortions, public transportation, lifetime income upon becoming disabled; whether by alcohol abuse, narcotics addiction, or mental instability, and grants of money taken from their fellow citizens by a just and beneficent government for use in worthy projects, including, but not limited to; biofuel research, windmills, electric cars, railroads, city parks, museums, and global warming research.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among women and men, deriving their just powers from the piety of their good intentions, --That whenever any Form of Government fails to provide the foregoing, it is the Right of the elite to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effectively allow the seizure of wealth from productive individuals to provide equal comfort to all. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while unequal outcomes are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to leave the people to be free in their pursuits, and to rise or fall based upon their own particular skills and work ethic, and thus become subject to the vicissitudes and hazards of human existence, it is our right, it is our duty as rulers to dispose of such Government, and to provide new Guards for our subjects’ future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States; and such is now the necessity which constrains us to alter the former Systems of Government. The history of the present United States government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the destruction of the environment, the enslavement of ethnic minorities, the imposition of tyranny over the nations of the world under the guise of fighting for so-called freedom, and forcing our decadent culture and mystic religious values upon other nations. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
· America constitutes only 5% of the world’s population, but unfairly consumes 25% of the world’s energy
· 144 years ago a small number of Americans unfairly held African slaves
· Some Americans have unfair negative prejudices about certain groups of people and even occasionally act upon those prejudices by being mean or unfair to others
· American armies have been illegally sent to countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan under the false pretense of deposing dictators, spreading freedom, and depriving terrorists of a safe haven (Notwithstanding this congress’s prior approval of any such action)
· American government has caused the spread of the AIDS virus by failing to adequately fund research
· American government has caused massive waves of homelessness that exist during the administrations of the former Republican party
· The majority of so-called American “States” refuse to recognize the solemn union of marriage between homosexual women and men
· American government has allowed the subjects of this nation to exhale and otherwise expel more of the deadly toxic pollutant carbon dioxide than any other nation
· American government has refused to sign the Kyoto protocols and shut down its economy in order to reduce these deadly carbon emissions and unfairly refused to pay for other nations to modernize and thus expel less carbon dioxide gas – this has resulted, during Republican administrative periods, in massive natural disasters including, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, and floods.
· The so-called American “States” have consistently endeavored to infringe upon a woman or teenage girl’s right to kill her unborn child if she so chooses
· During the past two centuries many thousands of Americans have become fabulously wealthy by engaging in so-called capitalism – inventing products and selling them to people who want them – while many more Americans have unfairly not achieved equal levels of wealth
· Further, during the past two centuries, all Americans, including the most poor, have unfairly enjoyed a standard of living far higher than the vast majority of human kind
· The past American government, through its support of Israel’s democracy, and its insistence on so-called liberty, caused its citizens to suffer the righteous fury of Islamic freedom fighters in the horrific retaliation of September 11, 2001
· The American government and the so-called “States” have allowed their subjects to possess dangerous firearms
· American agents have tortured innocent Islamic freedom fighters by putting underpants on their head, playing rap music, and even pouring water on their faces
· American agents have defiled the holiest of holy books – the Holy Koran – by throwing it in a commode
· American soldiers have been revealed by the great founder John Kerry to have terrorized Iraqi women and children in the dark of night – as well as cut off limbs, ears, and razed villages in Vietnam
· American soldiers have been revealed by the Democrat leader John Murtha to have murdered innocent Iraqis in cold blood
· American soldiers have been demonstrated to be as evil as Soviet communists, Khmer Rouge guerillas, and Nazis, by the great Democrat Richard Durbin
· American children have been allowed to attend non-governmental schools where values were taught to such children with no government oversight as to the propriety of the content
· Nearly 2 million American subjects invaded the American capital on September 12, 2009 carrying signs and delivering speeches evincing an intent to limit the authority of this ruling party and our exalted president- to the detriment of America and indeed the world
· These same ill-designing Americans have demonstrated their insistence upon fidelity to the former constitution of the United States, refusing to accept that this body and the Supreme Court are, for the good of the people, henceforth the law of the land
· Further, that continued adherence to the doctrines in the former Constitution of the United States improperly impedes the ability of this body and His Holiness The Dali Obama (Peace be upon him) to effectively govern and manage the subjects of this great nation
We, therefore, the anointed rulers of the United Empire of America, in Imperial Congress Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world, His Holiness the Dali Obama (Peace be upon him), for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good and pure intentions we hold in our hearts, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are not, and of Right ought not to be Free and Independent States, but rather shall be fused under one Imperial government, dedicated to altruistic paternity over its subjects; that we are Absolved from all Allegiance to Constitution of the United States; and that as an Independent State, we have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, seize control of banks, purchase automobile manufacturing companies, issue mortgages, ration medical care, dictate automobile fuel economy, regulate speech on the airwaves and Internet, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on our superiority, we mutually pledge to each other, and our like-minded brethren in the former Republican Party, continued fraternity in the ruling Imperial Congress.
