Comerford's Creamed Sauteed Spinach in the Obama White House

A day shy from sixty days since the Obamas moved into the White House and not a peep on the kind of pizza, Chicago-style or otherwise, Chef Cristeta Comerford might be preparing for the first family. Comerford made news with the fat-rich Cheesburger Pizza that she used to prepare for Mr. Obama's predecessor at his request.
From Mrs. Obama's strong positions and active campaigning on health and nutrition, it's hardly likely that we'll be seeing Chef Comerford preparing anything remotely resembling those high calorie, cholesterol heavy foods.
