If you're going to a Southern Maine beach to check out hot babes or hunky guys, you're not going to find too many of them during the off-season.  What you will find are miles of unspoiled, beautiful sandy beaches, cool ocean breezes, and solitude.

During the summer the tourists flock to Southern Maine Beaches from Canada, Boston, New York, and all points beyond.  Although the beaches are absolutely wonderful in the summer, parking can be horrendous and expensive, the beaches can get crowded, and the weather can be very unpredictable.

Experiencing Southern Maine Beaches on a crisp, sunny, autumn day can be an unexpected delight.  Having so much sandy space and ocean beauty practically all to yourself is a special, self-indulgent, treat.
