Ticker tape doesn't exist anymore, so office workers along the parade route grabbed whatever they could to shower the Yankees with today -- including some private documents that weren't shredded. Fox 5 is reporting that it found some documents that contained very sensitive private information.

Some of the documents were medical records listing names, addresses, insurance information, medical diagnoses, and other private information, Fox said. CONTINUED....
