Many of my psychotherapy clients have been women looking for help with self esteem issues.  There are a number of ways to go about this type of work in a therapeutic setting - but I just found something a little different for you to check out if you're interested in an atypical "female empowering" experience.

Local love and romance advocate, Joy Nordenstrom of Joy of Romance is offering a three part series of classes in Sausalito for women wanting to rediscover their sensual and feminine selves and how they relate to their lovers and the world.

In the series she'll cover female archetypes, chemistry and passion.  You'll discover your "sensual self" by understanding the biological patterns of why women are created the way we are, be confidant and be the best you can be in relationship.
