Want to get some ideas about how to really mess things up in your relationship?  One great way is to communicate really poorly.   Let's take a closer look at  how to do this.
 
Here are 3 great ways to screw up communication with your spouse or partner: 
 
  • Don't ever listen.
  • Demonstrate a complete lack of empathy.
  • Let huge amounts of resentment build up. 

If you do the above things you'll be well on your way to having a relationship with totally ineffective communication.  
 
Be careful because if you do the opposite, you might actually improve your communication!   (wink)
