Find out more about Nicasio: Nicasio Latasa was born and raised in Southern California, and has lived in Oceanside for the last twenty years. Around the ocean his whole life, Nicasio learned to surf at the age of eleven. From his first face wave on a single fin Dick Brewer up until the present day surfing has played an instrumental role in his life. |
