Well, Since Mr. Obama has finally told us who his VP
choice
The only information I could find is that he has a 1967 Corvette,
which was a wedding gift from his dad in 1967 when he married
his first wife, Neilia.

Wow, a 1967
Corvette, what
a classic! This
automobile seems
to fit with his
personality also.
It has been said
that Biden is
engaging and a
sheer force of
personality and
that he wins
people over.
Now, how does this fit in with the all the recent talk about how
“green” a candidate is? Well, the Vette certainly isn’t the most
fuel-efficient car out there and of course it really is going to
depend on whether his Vette had one of the two available 327
small block engines or one of the four available 427 big blocks.
The 327 I would say, probably gets around 15 mpg at best.
The 427, well I’m betting 10 – 12 mpg would probably be
generous.
Either way, it’s not a green vehicle. I’m pretty sure that he must
drive another vehicle as a daily driver and I have heard that it is
a pickup but what kind, I do not know.
Way to go Joe for owning and driving an American classic! I say,
so what that it doesn’t get good gas mileage. The ’67 Vette is a
car that makes a statement regardless!
