We all know now that Manny Pacquiao won his recent fight,
but what happened with how he got to the fight? Well, this
great fighter skipped taking a bus for the four-hour travel
from where he trains in Los Angeles to Vegas where he was
victorious.

As has become customary, Pacquiao simply did what he always
does – win, yes, but also take his own vehicle to fights. Trainer
Freddie Roach said, “Yes, we’re driving. He’s not taking the bus.
You know Manny – he does not want to change things. He’s
superstitious. So why change it?”

Pacquiao’s trainer went on to say, “We will do what’s normal
and what we’ve been doing in the past. I will drive my own
car and he will ride in his Navigator.”

So there we have it – champion Manny Pacquiao drives a
2005 Lincoln Navigator. I applaud Manny Pacquiao for not
only winning a great fight, but also for possibly being an auto
enthusiast who enjoys his own ride even as he gets to his job.
It’s an understatement to say he is certainly doing something
right! I mean, the driving that is!
