Finding entertainment on Twitter is usually a fairly easy task due to the sharing of links in retweets or reposted updates. Christopher Walken delighted Twitter users by performing Lady GaGa's 'Poker Face' hit on Friday Night with Jonathon Ross on BBC1. Soon after the show, the video showed up on YouTube and began it's rounds on Twitter.
The Oscar winning actor performed the song in his trademark eccentric tone. Performing the song like a serious bit of poetry. Walken starts off, " I wanna hold them like they do in Texas plays. Fold em, let em hit me, raise it baby, stay with me." It isn't until Walken begins reciting the "Uh oh. Ee oh. Ah! Oh!" parts of the hit song that you realize how absurd the idea of Walken performing GaGa is and how silly the lyrics are in the catchy tune. Even GaGa's most ardent fans on Twitter seem to find the video funny.
