But, did you know that you can get the same advantage from doing chores in and around your house? Try raking up leaves into a heaping pile and you'll discover how sore your arms will really be. Doing odd tasks in and around the house can be a great cardio and strength workout for you. Make sure your workout is sufficient by adding some lower impact workout (like squats and lunges. 8 reps on each leg, 3x) in between raking.
