Don't be sad, Dan, you still....oh wait. You just died a horribly tragic death. Carry on.

Tonight was a fulfilling and tragic one for Daniel Faraday, Lost's resident smart guy who somehow managed to make the confusing make sense. Sort of. Well, it's all over now as Daniel was murdered while trying to change the future and save everyone on the island from a terrible fate...and oh yeah, he was murdered by his own mom, Eloise Hawking.
As if that's not sad enough, she also led him to his death (again) and left his important, life altering work in the hands of Jack "I'm not the leader anymore" Shepherd.
So what does this mean for the show and the welfare of our castaways? Sawyer and Co were left in an impossible position of island banishment thanks to that jerk Radzinsky and stick in the mud Phil. Can't wait until he dies in the hatch...if it ever gets built anyway....
Look for my full article in the morning which will look at the fate of our characters, the world of tomorrow, and how seriously messed up Eloise is. Also, a tribute to Faraday and all he did for this already awesome show.
