It starts here.  Here's an ad, sponsored by Americans United for Change and AFSCME, criticizing the Congressional Republican leadership (including House Republican Whip, Eric Cantor).

Rep. Cantor's office sent the following video in response to the above ad (NOTE: The following ad is loaded with offensive language).

It may be that some Republicans are perfectly happy keeping the GOP a Southern states, old white guy party, but their re-election options kinda suffer as a result.  So, for those Republicans who believe expanding their party's appeal is the way to electoral success, a word of advice:  If you allow your party to be run by folks who think "Barack the Magic Negro" is just good natured fun and think the key to appealing to labor is to paint it as full of profanity spewing goons - you're in big trouble.
