Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before, a classic 1987 song from the British band The Smiths, features the band and pals parading around on bikes in Salford.  Their bikes look a bit rickety, and their haircuts are certainly dated, but there's something charming about the large wicker basket perched prominently on the front of of the lead rider's bike.  However, the song wasn't without controversy: the BBC banned the video on account of a reference to mass murder in one lyric.
