Yes, there's hope.

The trend in real estate, and the economy at large still isn't pleasant...but, we're seeing less of a decline. To call that good news might be overstating the case, but, if the stock market recovers, and more importantly, the job market recovers, real estate will start to show signs of life. Time to buy? Well, I won't recommend it -- but I'm not discouraging everyone from doing so...at least not as much.

Towns holding value in MA that I like: Arlington, Lexington, Winchester, Belmont. No surprises there.
