The centuries old Dance of Barley.  During the initial period of converting barley to malt,
the whole grain is soaked in an aerated vessel of water.  Here you can see barley celebrating

Holiday lights are already up.  Santa Claus has dusted off his suit.  We are reminded to celebrate the holiday season.  When you love beer and appreciate the choices we have, who really needs reminding.  Great beer is a year-round celebration.  

While the tunes of the Nutcracker Suite begin to infiltrate the airwaves, there’s a dance that occurs all year long beer enthusiasts rarely see or know about.  It’s the Dance of the Barley.  Photo above depicts the celebration of transformation of grain to beer.
