Barley wine before its time is like a mountain without a peak.  The summit approaches and it’s time to see what Examiner readers think America’s favorite barley wine is.

Examiner Barley Wine Poll – USA - phase one. 

  1. Nominate your favorite brand of barley wine ale. 
  2. Nomination format:  Brewery Name, Brand Name, (State if applicable) and Country of origin.
  3. Nominations close 12 noon, Monday, October 26 U.S. Mountain Time. 
  4. Barley wines brands must be for sale and commercially.
  5. Nominations can be from any brewery worldwide.  
  6. Nominations will be tallied and the top nominations will appear in a Examiner Barley Wine Poll which will appear in early November.

  • Be accurate with the brand name and follow the format above.
  • Beers nominated that are not barley wine ales may not be considered.
