With Kris Allen and Adam Lambert of American Idol fame set to release their debut albums in mid-November, both stars are making news, and will soon make the talk show rounds to promote their new ventures. Here is the latest news and upcoming TV appearance schedules for Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.

American Idol season eight winner Kris Allen recently announced upcoming talk show appearances to promote his new album. The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, Good Morning America, Live with Regis and Kelly and the Ellen Degeneres show are a few pit stops on the publicity tour to promote his self-titled album, set to hit stores on November 17th. The song “Live Like We’re Dying” was already released on iTunes and continues to gain momentum and popularity.

In other Kris Allen news, the music video for “Live Like We’re Dying” premiered on Friday, November 6th. Kris recently used Twitter to break the news and to encourage his fans to watch his new video. Be sure to check out Kris Allen's new music video for "Live Like We're Dying" below.

American Idol season eight runner-up Adam Lambert will also begin making the media rounds. His first appearance at the 2009 American Music Awards on November 22nd happens just one day before the release of his first album, “For Your Entertainment” on November 23rd. So far, Adam is set to appear on Good Morning America, Late Show With David Letterman and The Ellen Degeneres Show.
