
2 shots of vanilla macadamia coffee - (recommended: Royal Kona), ice cold
1 shot of coconut rum

Garnish: Powered cocoa, chocolate shavings, or chocolate syrup & a Pirouette cookie
What to Do:
STEP 1) Combine the ice cold coffee and rum in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until frost forms on shaker.
STEP 2) Pour into a chilled martini glass. Then garnish with powered cocoa, chocolate shavings, chocolate syrup and a pirouette cookie.
STEP 3) Sip & Enjoy!
