What You Need:
1/2 cup of butter
1 & 1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco
1 teaspoon of celery salt
1/2 cup of green onions (scallions), chopped
1/2 cup of parsley, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 packages of chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
3 slices of white bread, without crusts
3/4 cup of water
2 teaspoons of melted butter
1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

What to Do:
STEP 1) Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Melt the 1/2 cup of butter and mix in the seasonings. Add the green onions, parsley, garlic, and spinach and sauté for 10 minutes.

STEP 2) Pour the water over the bread and let sit for a few minutes. Using a wooden spoon break the bread into small chunks. Add the bread chunks to the vegetable mixture and stir.

STEP 3) Arrange the shrimp either in the bottom of a casserole dish or in individual dishes and cover with vegetable-bread mixture. Combine the melted butter, crumbs, and cheese. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the shrimp and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.

STEP 4) Enjoy!
