Here’s a slightly different take on a classic dish.

What You Need:
3/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
1-(8 ounce) package of shredded cabbage with carrots
3 green apples, cored and diced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
3 stalks of celery, chopped
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

What to Do:
STEP 1) Whisk the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and ranch seasoning in large bowl to blend.

STEP 2) Add the package of cabbage, apples, green onions and celery. Toss together to coat well. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Cover tightly and chill for 20 minutes or up to 4 hours. Serve cold.

STEP 3) Enjoy!
