What You Need:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
4 strip steaks (6 to 8 ounces each & about 3/4 inch thick)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard

What to Do:
STEP 1) Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the steaks generously on both sides with some salt and pepper; place steaks in skillet. Cook turning once until browned. (About 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.) Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil.

STEP 2) Add vinegar to the same skillet; boil until syrupy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; whisk in mustard and any accumulated juices from steaks. Serve the sauce with steaks.

STEP 3) Enjoy!
