
What You Need:
1 - (6 ounce) ready made crust (graham cracker or chocolate)
1 package of unflavored gelatin (1 envelope)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup of Bailey's Irish Cream
6 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups of frozen whipped topping (whipped Cream)
Garnish: Cherries or strawberries (optional)
What to Do:
STEP 1) In a saucepan sprinkle the packet of unflavored gelatin over the 3/4 cup of milk. Let stand about 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Add the chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted; stir in the vanilla. Remove from heat and stir occasionally, add the Bailey's about five minutes after removal from the heat.
STEP 2) Once the mixture forms mounds when dropped from a spoon, fold in the whipped topping. Gently pour the mixture into the crust. Garnish with more whipped topping and strawberries. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
