Trends in holiday gifts this year include personalized mementos. What better gift to give or receive than a photo of your best friend, the one who gives you unconditional love? Pampered Pooches will want to have their picture taken for their owner or for this year’s Holiday Card by fine artist Lisa Gizara. And those living in LA are in luck because this published photographer lives here. Educated at UMASS in South Dartmouth, she has been a successful freelance photographer for more than 25 years. Her photographs have been published internationally on billboards and in numerous publications including People Magazine, Variety, La Weekly, LA Times Magazine, Wired, and many others. Famed Rock and Roll photographer Guy Webster describes her work by saying “Lisa Gizara does not take pictures of dogs, she reveals portraits of beautiful beings.” Lisa’s portraits are perfect for any occasion.
