Less than a month after her fourth child was born, supermodel Heidi Klum is complaining she's finding it difficult to lose the baby weight. In an interview with ContactMusic.com the Project Runway host was quoted as saying, "I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one." Seriously? Wasn't baby Lou just born last month....October 9th to be exact? Heidi has said she's scared if she doesn't lose the weight now it will be there "forever."
Yes, Heidi, we know you are use to having the perfect supermodel body. Yes, Heidi, we know you probably left the hospital in your size 2 jeans after your first baby was born. (Probably even your second, too) And yes, Heidi, it's normal to still have the baby weight four weeks after giving birth.
Surely the mom of four is busy morning, noon and night with her four young children. She likely doesn't have as much time to exercise as when she had 1 or 2 or even 3 kids. But seriously are we already talking about the struggle to lose baby weight before her newborn has even grown out of newborn-size clothes?
Heidi, we love you to death...but puh-leave give it a rest (and yourself a break) already. Don't forget this is what you looked like a month ago!
What do you think of Heidi's post-baby weight complaints? Are they realistic concerns or is the beauty being too hard on herself? Leave a comment below.
