Dakota Fanning in New Moon

Twilight newbie and recently crowned Homecoming Queen, Dakota Fanning, 15, will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week.  The teenage sweetheart-turned-evil-Volturi will talk to Ellen on Monday's show (November 16). That's the same day of Twilight: New Moon's Hollywood premiere.

Her 'bad' appearance as a Volturi in New Moon is Dakota Fanning's Twilight debut.  But it won't be her last. Dakota's evil character Jane will make a re-appearance in Twilight: Eclipse when it's released in 2010. While she's all grown up in New Moon, Fanning once played a younger Ellen on the sitcom "Ellen" so the talk show host jokingly takes credit for making Dakota one of Hollywood's richest young stars.

In case you've been living under a rock...New Moon hits theaters nationwide this Friday, November 20th.
