John started out life as a journalist but moved on to a career in information technology as a programmer, technical writer, and consultant. He has Project Management Professional certification and a masters certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University. John has an abiding interest in art, literature, history, comedy, and politics. He is a veteran of numerous creative writing workshops and has written short stories, in addition to feature articles.
