Hamburger Mary’s located at 8288 Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood, Calif. is a great place to visit. This area of West Hollywood in general, other wise affectionately known as WeHo, is upscale and trendy.  It’s a lively section of Hollywood with plenty to see and do. If you haven't been to Hamburger Mary’s we highly recommend it for your first trip.

Why should you go to Hamburger Mary’s, besides the great Hamburgers and drinks? It’s definitely to see their Star performer Belle Aire.

This is top talent folks in any arena.  Belle Aire (Scott Presley) is amazing. As Belle Aire, Presley performed a wonderful gospel song that made the crowd go wild, and caused others to shed a few tears (others meaning me and most of those near me) The song "Through the Storm" by Yolanda Adams was wonderfully executed in a way that only a seasoned professional in the music and entertainment industry could ever deliver.

Belle Aire looked like she had just stepped out of the 60’s in an elegant silver pleat mini dress with Cleopatra tunic collar to show off her lovely arms. Her hair was in a bee hive to accentuate the ‘60’s look. What a knock out. Her single performance of 'Through the Storm', alone was worth the trip, but there was so much more. As MC of the amateur contest Belle Aire didn’t miss a beat with impromptu comic relief.

The Food!

Highly Recommended: The Kobe Beef Burger, at $17.95 it was worth every bite and came with a petite simple chopped salad that was delightfully fresh. Their hamburger buns are absolutely fabulous.

Dessert: Warm Chocolate Cookie with Ice Cream served in an iron skillet hot as can be and covered with ice cold vanilla ice cream. (Okay, so it’s not ethnic, sue me and I ate the whole thing even though it was big enough for two.)

For some Ethnic delights try these appetizers: Maria’s Que Sera Quesadilla, San Fran Shanghai Salad, Mussels in wine, butter and wasabi sauce; a whole pound for just 11.99.

For Ethnic Hamburgers try these: The stuffed Italian, the stuffed Mexican, and the Hawaiian Burgers. There are many other great multi-ethnic versions of burgers, sandwiches and pizzas. Prices start at around $6.99 for specials and average around $18.00 dollars. They have bingo night (each bingo benefits a local charity), Karaoke night and a host of other fun things to do almost every night of the week.

  Belle Aire

                       Simply Stunning

So take a walk on the wild side, have a buffalo burger or an ostrich burger, watch Belle Aire, play bingo and have fun, it's where the LA Hip Chic eat, drink and be MARY.
