Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood graced the stage of the Sommet Center, as hosts of the 2009 Country Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee, Wednesday night.
The 43rd Annual CMA's stunned Taylor Swift as she was bestowed the honor of becoming the youngest Entertainer of the Year, at age 19. She cleaned up with an additional three wins; Video of the Year for "Love Story," Album of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year. Swift continued to have the last laugh over the rude way in which she was treated by Kanye West, just a few short months ago, as Little Jimmy Dickens parodied him.
Lady Antebellum was presented with two big wins, earning the coveted Single of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year Awards. Country artist Jamey Johnson's ballad "In Color" won the award for Song of The Year.
