The Chocolate Burger

Hubert Keller recently opened his famed Burger Bar on the 6th floor of Macy's in Union Square. Compared to it's neighbor, The Cheesecake Factory, the hour-plus wait is quickly forgotten with a great burger and a great dessert.
The famed Chocolate Burger is prepared chocolate ganache, passion fruit, strawberries and mint. It is wrapped with a glazed donut bun. You might be thinking that this would be too rich, however the strawberries and passion fruit add a great flavor to the dessert. It is hard to imagine forcing down dessert after a large burger and fries, but this is well worth it.
