Dr. Miriam Franco is a psychologist, a certified MS specialist, a certified Guided Imagery Practitioner and is a Professor of Sociology at Immaculata University. She is on the Health Care Advisory Council of the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. Dr. Franco speaks nationally on a variety of quality of life topics in coping with MS including sexual intimacy and MS, coping with depression and anxiety, and using Relaxation and Guided Imagery to reduce anxiety, depression , headaches, pain, stiffness, muscle tension, fatigue, injection anxiety, MRI related anxieties and caregiver stress.
