Where are top divorce counties in America?

Name that divorced state!
What counties have the highest divorce in America? One would most likely assume this title would go to a big city, not known for having great family values, or maybe a city where prostitution or gambling is legal and used as recreational tools.
So where are these counties with the distinction of having the most divorced residents? Wayne county in Indiana, and Monroe county in the Florida Keys, with 19 and 18 per cent respectively of residents being divorced.
So why these counties? One resident of Monroe county stated that the Floriday Keys is "a great place to hide." From what, you may wonder? "Child support. Alimony. The IRS. The CIA. Family."
Now that's one theory that's hard to disagree with!
