LA Life in Photos Examiner | Bio
Find out more about Daniel:

Born and Raised in Los Angeles, Daniel Funaki began his career as a photographer in the early 1990’s, taking pictures of his friends with a cheap 35 mm point-and-shoot camera. Inspired by the raw photography of masters such as Bruce Davidson, Glen Friedman and Estevan Oriol, Funaki began his love for Ruthless Street Portraiture and hasn’t stopped since. His work concentrates on everyday working people, rebellious youth, tattoos, jazz, hip-hop and rock n roll. No expensive gear, no computer magic tricks, no fancy studios, no Photoshop, just Downright Ruthless Street Photography at its finest.
