Is this Alexander Ovechkin's house?

With the Capitals back on the ice, there's a lot of talk about Alex the Great.
I heard he lives some where in Arlington, which makes sense since the Capitals practice at their facility in Ballston.
I searched and this is a google street view of where he allegedly lives, right near the hospital on George Mason, with a for sale sign in the front.
And here is a video of Alex giving a tour to Comcast SportsNet (hilarious).
