Springstowne Library event: Make your own cool (and cheap) Halloween costumes

It's a good bet if you look around your house, there's lots of odds and ends, paper and materials, that you have promised to trash but haven't yet done so. Well, resist that urge a couple of more days. And come on down to Vallejo's Springstowne Library.
At 7PM on Thursday, October 22nd, the Library will be hosting Holly Cleeland. She's the author of Glue & Go Costumes for Kids: Super Duper Designs with Everyday Materials, a book that shows how you can transform your odds and ends into cool Halloween costumes.

Adding to the fun, some already-assembled costumes will be given away as prizes to attendees.
You'll also want to save this date: Thursday, October 29th. Springstowne Library will be having a Halloween party that afternoon. Trick and treat!
