SealLine SmartTrack Split Pedal Foot Brace for rudder control

Foot pegs/braces allow a kayaker to get torso rotation for proper technique.  You should be sitting upright in the seat (not slumped down) with knees slightly bent and feet lighly touching the pegs.

Very cheaply made and don't hold up well under load, pegs known to pop out.
Replacement Keeper Foot Peg will cost you $10 when lost.
