On January 13th The Texarkana Symphony Orchestra will be preforming their Eternal Classics concert at 7:30 pm featuring Clayton Harris playing the trumpet. A symphonic crown as the Jupiter symphony will close the show.

The 60 piece Orchestra and conductor Marc-Andre` Bougie can be found at 221 Main Street Texarkana Arkansas.

The Texarkana Symphony Orchestra will also be holding a concert on February the 8th at the Lonoke Baptist church 1841 Lonoke Avenue in Texarkana Arkansas ,celebrating Black History month and preforming great African-American Composers music . March 10,2009 a Russian Masterworks concert featuring Andre` Kurti on violin will be held featuring a Tchaikovsky violin concerto and a Shostakovich 5th Symphony concerto.

The Texarkana Symphony Orchestra has been preforming for audiences since November of 2005. This non-profit symphony is in its third season. Veteran and up and coming musicians make up the roster of the orchestra. They also offer workshops for students ranging in grades 3-12. The workshops will preform two concerts.
