Find out more about Pat: As an active research genealogist for over 20 years, Pat is the editor of a local Historical Society Quarterly newsletter, regularly contributes articles for publication and works as a Prudential Real Estate Agent. She continuously works to document her family history and is a descendant of one of the 1st 30 families to settle St. Louis, MO with Pierre Laclede. Avidly interested in St. Louis history, she is a member of The St. Louis Genealogical Society, is on the Board of Directors of the Old Mines Area Historical Society, Inc. and is the current editor of the historical society publication "The Diggin’s". Dedicated to the preservation of the early history of Missouri, she is on the Capital Campaign Committee of the Old Mines Area Historical Society to raise funds to build a historic French Mining Village – "La Vieille Mine" to honor the first settlers and document the history that mining has played in the State of Missouri.
