Come to Sedona for a great dining experience

It's Day #1 here in Sedona and we had our first dining experience as part of the Sedona Restaurant Fest. We checked into Sedona Rouge and enjoyed watching the shadows change on the beautiful red rocks. I took a swim while we waited for our room and we had a glass of wine on the balcony.
Later, we dined at REDS, listed as one of the Elegant Dining venues during Restaurant Fest. The special menu offers a choice of entrees and three courses. At $39.95 we figured that this was quite a savings over the regular menu price. I especially enjoyed the appetizer and seared Atlantic salmon entree. Each entree can be paired with a local wine for enhanced flavor.
Tomorrow we're taking a jeep trip with Sedona Red Rock Western Jeep Tours and will visit Javelina Leap winery as part of the tour. I can't wait to find out how they chose that name. I've never seen a Javelina leap!
